Its about time males of all ages wake up and demand Equality for males . If it was okay for women to demand equality where there was inequality then males have the equal right to demand equality .

So now the civil service are bringing in a rule that if a man and women are going for the same job and they are equal or near equal on merit then the job must go to the woman.

New rules mean top jobs in Irish civil service must go to women

Even some women getting fed up with the endless everything is sexism narrative we are see wall to wall in all the media these days , there was a woman on the Sky News paper review saying the same thing thing a few weeks back.

Pick up any newspaper today and you’ll find no end of stories about quotas, the gender pay gap, new government initiatives to ensure females are protected from the slightest offence. As if we are incapable of standing up for ourselves.
We didn’t need patronising quotas, effectively a leg-up in a modern world where we can do it on our own. We wanted an equal playing field, not an advantage.
We, who see it as patronising and victimising of women, and who want to stand up and break away from the increasing illogic, saying: “Not in my name.

It should be based on merit and qualifications anything else is patronising to women, im sure most of them want to earn their position not get them because they happened to be born with a certain pair of genitals.

You know you can change your gender on paper for a small fee?

    Just saying...

Could come in handy close to promotion time! Especially if its just you and another guy going for the job.
