It's strange he hasn't returned to FG - he'll need to see off Tormey and one other incumbant to keep his spot. I wouldn't fancy his odds.

Cllr Michael O'Brien says smaller wards were created to make it harder for smaller parties, says he will run for Donaghmede LEA but he will continue to respond to the whole of DBN

Cian O'Callaghan proposed a motion that Councillors agree to not use posters Agenda for Howth Malahide Area Committee (Services B - Strategic & General Matters) on Wednesday, 9th January, 2019, 3.00 pm : : Fingal County Council Howth Malahide Area Committee (Services B - Strategic & General Matters) - Wed, 9th Jan 2019 - 3:00 pm - Fingal County Council Webcasting but they all said well we might agree but what about others, and if others use posters then we will. Even Cian O'Callaghan would not promise not to use posters.

its interesting how incumbent Councillors are calling for no-posters agreements or bans, I don't think its about the environment, and ************************ Tidy Towns who want ossified villages which no real life in them, (they atleast arrange a village center poster wall) I think an agreed number limit might have a better chance of being agreed.
