Do you think it's fair comment here to insinuate the DA may be giving Avenatti an improper political favour given the alleged facts and the response?

Articles that have covered the allegations in the civil restraining order case infer only misdemeanor case facts if proven true (no deadly weapon use, no serious bodily injuries, no recidivist prior record, etc).

The DA referred the case for possible prosecution for misdemeanor charges but not felony charges. What then has the DA done wrong?

Well I'm just observing that she's a Democrat. But when you look at how the Harvey Weinstein prosecution seems to be in trouble, it doesnt bode well for the Dems practicing what they preach regarding believing women. I didnt say that Lacey did anything wrong. Cyrus Vance the DA in Manhattan has only recently said he will stop accept donations from lawyers in his cases. He is supposed to be prosecuting Weinstein. Weinstein was a big Democratic donor.

Ah c'mon mate you're generalising the specifics and using red herrings here.

I've no issue with pointing out suspected improper bias. That said, when it appears groundless to suggest as here, then it's just smearing the DA and/or, worse, suggesting Avenatti should be frivolously prosecuted for felonies for political and spiteful reasons.

That last part concerns me most, especially after the revelation this week that Trump sought frivolous politically motivated prosecutions against HRC and Comey and his attacks today upon the 9th Circuit court and Chief Justice Roberts of the SCOTUS for not being his kangaroos.

The US isn't supposed to be the USSR. Ireland also has no legitimate interest in fostering show trials and kangaroo courts. If Trump is setting that bad an example where you're biting that bait, it's bad news.

So all you commie leftie greenie lib loons, where is Stormy Daniels now? Broke, no porn company linig up to employ a horseface and trying to distance herself from her failed lawyer to wriggle out of paying the bill.

Next she will have to employ a new lawyer to prove her original one took a case without her consent.

I can see a new court ruling Daniels -V- Avenatti

Avenatti in court again, arrears In spousal support $1.9 million, has to sell his Ferrari, his watch collection and give up his interest in a jet. Sounds like he will not have the money for Stormy’s judgement. Is bankruptcy in the offing.

The house should pass a law that she must be shown on Mainstream media after the 6 pm news.

If Avenatti plate was not already full, today he was in New York joining the Statue of Liberty climbers legal team. He must be missing the MSM adulation. Doesn’t he understand that the midterms are over and that the MSM will have someone else for 2020 Presidential election run up.
