    Default Presidential Election 2018

    It's so on!!

    http://www.rte.ie/news/politics/2018...588-sinn-fein/

Sinn Fein definitely running a candidate. No official word on who it is yet,
While 3 senators have said they're considering running.

While an election is good, personally I can't see Michael D being beat.
Anyway, something of interest to look forward to!

Who would you like to see winning it, and why?
You'll never go broke appealing to the lowest common denominator.

FF/FG's "My Little Crony" strategy is in trouble. Expect some noises from FF about how FF should have its own candidate.

Well, there will be one. I wonder will SF nominate Adams, and if they did, would he win.

And why can't they? Is someone stopping them?

I see no reason to remove Higgins from the role, but elections are good.
I have no money, but I love my life.

We appreciate the move by the Government today and remind ourselves that it is a bail-out by taxpayers for the banks. Pearse Doherty

Adams wouldn’t win even if he stood, would introduce a lot of young people to voting for SF

i thought FG would give Edna a run
