People are free to not wear a poppy, and there is no poppy police patrolling the streets, forcing people to wear one.
every 1st division soccer player, apart from the very brave James McClean & a Serbian guy wears the British Army poppy,
as does virtually everyone on UK TV, apart from Six County Nationalists !!!!

yet a large proportion of real Brits don't wear it !!!!!

The poppy commemorates the fallen of WW1 which was essentially a conflict caused to better the lot of inbred imperialists. Not everyone is easily fooled.

Anglo-Irish history should be for the Englishman to remember - and for the Irishman to forget.

As I said before - you referred explicitly to the Invictus Games. Nobody from that campaign in 1941 participates in the Invictus Games.

Just admit you got it wrong.
    What I wrote :

after the latest Afghanistan/Iran/... invasion by British troops it is terrible the number of tragic troops returning from the conflicts. Invictus Games - Wikipedia

They were imperialists among imperialists. I doubt they killed any more people than the Spanish or French.

Why are you talking in the past tense? They are still murdering innocent people! This whole poppy thing is part of the propaganda campaign to increase the number of recruits. To send more people to their death with the lie of a noble cause trying to justify it. There's nothing heroic about dropping bombs on innocents, about robbing countries, about raping women, about shooting innocents dead, abouty setting up peadophile homes, the list goes on.
The truth is the the british armed forces are the biggest bunch of scumbag terrorists the world has ever seen. The list of the atrocities committed by them is enormous. They have cost the lives and maimed millions across the globe, their impact has been felt in many countries long after they've left. They've been and are still an absolute blight on humanity. They should be spat at, they are the lowest of the low. Yet you have people going out of their way to fund them!!!

No. It makes them of their time which is how historical judgements are made.

Nothing historical about it - England still occupies part of our country today.
