I'm not racist,
I just find it testing arguing with Thick paddies who don't even realise that we are a lot superior to them.
Well it's going to be one great Twelfth, in two years time, will you come up and join us?
The fact that you do not realise that declaring yourself 'superior' to 'thick paddies' is a racist declaration par excellence.

It says it all about what motivated Brexiteers when they voted to tear up the treaty they signed with equal democratic citizens of nearly thirty European democracies.

It also says it all about what motivated Brexiteers when they voted to tear up the Good Friday Agreement an international agreement signed with the equal citizens of this democratic republic and former colony.

Your attitude and that of Brexiteers is racist.

Not many people know that the 6 counties were originally part of the free State.
They were never part of the 'Free State'.

NI was set up in 1921.

The Free State in 1922.

Self rule for the whole island with a parliament in Dublin was introduced in Westminster in 1912 and signed into law in 1914.

It was not implemented because civil war was threatened by half a million unionists signing the Ulster Covenant to fight civil war against an Act of parliament.

The civil war threat was expressly backed by the Conservative party who were in opposition.

"Northern Ireland to celebrate its 100th birthday"

I have not come across a single person mentioning this major date for unionism.

No plans have been made to mark this event?

How do you think this date should be dealt with at your place of work?
Not at all - a grave error of history that it ever came into existence - to be run by vile sectarian bigots - not something to be celebrated.

One island - one country - Ireland - always has been always will be

Maybe you could explain where Brexit changes the GFA.
There is a border, there has been a border the last 100 years.
It will be the EU and Eire who will create the hard border so that will tighten youse

A centenary to celebrate.
The island has two different cultures and hence two different countries.
We have more in common with our Scottish neighbours from which we were delivered than from the muck savages down south.

One island - historically Irish as created by God - just unfortunate to have been invaded by thicko racist sectarian planters who used force and terror to maintain control and who do so to this day. If you have so much in common with the Scottish then bugger off there and live

One island geographically not physically linked to Britain at all - its own independent country - i suppose you would say the same about America and India - a physical geographical entity not linked to Britain once governed by the British but had the wit to get rid! Are they mickey mouse states for breaking free from illegal British rule?

Sure you know you are really a West Brit.

It's great to part of a real country that is going to take back its sovereignty by Brexit.

Whereas youse are going to have to do the EU bidding by creating a hard border, and your country not even attached to Europe just a stopover between it and America.

Us Ulster loyalists tell it like it is.
But sure you can come up and we'll show you what a real party is, if you promise that auld sour face could smile for one day.

Then why dont you and the other unionists move to Scotland then if you hate Irish people so much the rest of us will get along just fine without your utter garbage.

That is the racist propaganda that the gutter London media have been promulgating for centuries.

It is the same racist frame of mind that cleared Ulster of its native population and planted a Scottish population.

It is the same racist frame of mind that starved a million Irish to death and shipped another million abroad.

It is the same racist frame of mind that voted for Brexit and has nothing but contempt for fellow European citizens from Finland to Cyprus to Portugal.

I agree with most of what you say, people voted Brexit, mostly English, because they want English sovereignty. That doesn't mean they hate foreigners Free movement means the EU decide who can live in England.I emphasise England because it is England that is overcrowded and flooded with cheap labour. It is England that is losing its customs and identity, and has ghettoes.A united Ireland? The sooner the better and independence and sovereignty for England,Scotland and Wales too_Oh yes Brexit will bring many benefits.😊😈

Why change a winning team.
Why don't you tramps move across the border to Eire, if you love it so much, that is the simple solution, or is that you'll miss the DLA.

Northern Ireland would not exist but for the fact that the imperial parliament, which was governing a quarter of the population of the globe at the time, refused to implement its own Act giving self rule to the island of Ireland with a parliament in Dublin.

That Act was introduced in parliament in April 1912, passed and signed into law by the monarch.

A motion to exclude Ulster counties was voted down during the debate.

The conservative party which was in opposition backed civil war against that Act.

That was treason.

The division of Ireland by a border is a major black mark in English colonial rule in Ireland.

English colonial rule in Ireland is not short of black marks but the imposition of the border instead of implementing a constitutional Act of parliament is one of the most notorious.
