There is a perception the ECJ favours big business over small business. This may explain why probably a majority of SMEs were pro brexit.

For Irelands economy to keep growing small businesses are the way forward....
Entrepreneurs require low cost finance, to assist in creating a profitable financial margin..

Junker has made plenty of speeches about supporting employment and expanding business but I have no idea how that has translated into EU programmes ...

Either way, it would not be the EU directly, they finance schemes and the member states should set up the structures to distribute the funds

So... ask Leo

If the business is technology or R&D then look into H2020. Other than that SME funding is a member state issue.

Nope. And no links to prove your assertion either.
The evidence is that they split down the middle and in the survey quoted below "remainers" won out marginally.

https://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/jun/02/uk-small-businesses-are-evenly-split-on-brexit-poll-says

The research consultancy TNS found that 37% of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) favoured Brexit while 38% wanted to stay in the single market. A resounding 68% expected the UK to remain, citing the public’s desire for economic stability and fear of change.

You're seeking help from an internet forum regarding EU financial incentives?
Are you not aware that there are specialised government agencies employing qualified people who provide help with this sort of stuff?
Or is this a prelude to an enormous bitchfest because someone turned you down on some useless idea, and then you came up with an even more useless one and posted this? :)

Dairying, & could be looking at a potential & volatile future...
A dairy farm business operating as a company, maybe

https://www.agriculture.gov.ie/agri-foodindustry/agri-foodandtheeconomy/agri-foodbusiness/agriculturecashflowsupportloanscheme/

or

Loans For SMEs | Start Up Loans From Microfinance Ireland

Aside from state supports, another option might be peer to peer,

https://linkedfinance.com/

they have given out loans to dairy businesses run as companies.

And yes I know its volatile business, but 2017 is a good year, 2016 on the otherhand.............
