Poor paddy.

Your passports only intent and purpose is how you as a person are treated on your way to somewhere or if you are outside the BRITISH Isles.

Paddy, the area commonly referenced as the British Isles is Britain and IRELAND.

Very poor example, the french probably do not enjoy the same rights as a Vietnamese person, but you enjoy the same right's when in the UK as me.
Try again.

Can I apply for a British passport as an Irish citizen living in Dublin who wishes to board a Ryanair flight to London?

A simple yes or no answer will suffice.

While you’re doing that google "French Indochina" and see what other countries made up French Indochina and then try to work out if they’re still the same country.

Sorry I didn't know Michael O Leary made the rules on nationality.

For goodness sake, have you no embaressment?

Jesus, but you are incapable of understanding the simplest of concepts.

I'll try again. Am I, as an Irish citizen and passport holder living in Ireland, entitled to apply for and receive a British passport?

Again, a simple yes or no answer is all that is needed.

I don't know all the facts, were any of your parents born in Northern Ireland.

Are you suggesting that eligibility for a passport defines your nationality?

Answer the question based on the facts provided and stop squirming. It’s unedifying.

You stupidly said that everyone living on the "British Isles" is British.

I've demolished that proposition and you’re too much of a coward to admit it.

Well if you can claim everyone who lives on the island of Ireland is Irish,
well then equally justifiable is that everyone who lives in the British isles is British.

Sure youse even try to insult people by calling them West Brits.

AFAIK you don't need a passport to travel to the mainland from the ROI. I resent the use of irish to describe the ROI. 26 county Irish is much more accurate.

Ballix.

For all intents and purposes you are treated no different in GB and NI. You are all British in the eyes of the law In the UK I am led to believe.

The difference is that I can stand over my claim and you can’t.

I’ve already pointed out that practically everyone living on the island of Ireland is entitled to an Irish passport as a right.

Can you show that practically everyone living on the island of Ireland is entitled to a British passport as a right?

Take young Connie Murphy living in Cork descended from Cork people who never set foot in Britain in his life. Can he apply for a British passport on his 18th birthday?

Don’t be a coward this time and answer the question.
