Multiple news agencies reporting this morning that Australia is planning now to hold a referendum on its continued membership of the EU after last nights crushing defeat in the Eurovision.
Sources close to the Russian PM are claiming that the EEC founding member state is now to "put it to the people of Australia" in light of the disappointing result. Fellow founding members of the EEC, Israel, is also said to be "keeping it's options open" after lasts night contest, but is believed to be supporting Australia in its choice to vote.
What does this mean for the EU? Where does it go from here? Could it withstand both Australia and Israel leaving?
Tense times ahead folks!!!
