The Euro,on foot of the German and Italian banking crises,is about to disintegrate.
Brexit is small beer compared to the impending Spexit,Krautexit,Sour Krautexit and Frigit.

The North requires annual London bailouts.
Going to be interesting to see how Brexit affects this waste transfer.

Brexit is going to hit the UK's budget.
Tha main parties don't have a foothold in the North.
Hence it's an easy target to slash.

But if the yield is good enough and you know the market well, go for it.

Jaysus I remember the Norths deluded years when property prices were increasing faster than the Republic solely due to people thinking there was more "value" !!!!

Sterling down by 23% against Euro over the last 12 months. NI property looking more attractive.

I hear NAMA has a few left. Yours for half nothing plus a small finder's fee.

Property speculators are parasites. The Busts of the Boom and Bust hurt a lot of ordinary people as well as dirtbird speculators.
My real issue with them is that they force everyone else to be speculators too. No one has to buy stocks or other investments, but we do have to live somewhere, and that decision should not be basically an unhedged punt where you stand to lose 50% of the value of your chief asset.

I'm sure there is a point here if any sense could be made of your made up words. The German banking thing is Deutsche Bank only and the Italians may have to NAMAfy some of their banks. Otherwise nothing to report.

If local government is not providing rental properties then its a normal market which the current economic system supports. It is not the people who are investing in the sector its the lack of goverment input into self same market. The private rental system in Germany for instance has a lot of very positive features.

just make sure you will not need a divorce from your gay spouse when it comes to selling your house in Belfast. Ulster will indeed say, No ( for tax purposes )
