You are in the middle of slander if you are making out that the firm carried out sectarian discrimination if it was never proven in court.
That is defo not slander.
Your legal argument fails at the first hurdle.

The Firm no longer is in operation (change of managers etc.) . It is slander if you make out that they was discrimination.
So now you are backtracking yet again, a firm that is no longer in operation are going to sue me for slander.
Stupid for two things.
I suggest you look up the definition of slander.

The Quinn family are still in around. If you are spinning the numbers employed by the company as somehow done on a sectarian basis then you could be in for trouble.

How do you explain the figures?

It doesn't have to be active discrimination you know. A cold house, no effort to redress the imbalance etc etc.

I would have fully supported an investigation into the company. I would have been surprised if that had not been done. (did no unionist politician ask for such an investigation? )

For a company such as shorts then I would have known first hand accounts of discrimination.

How convenient for you.

As I said, a hell of s lot more Catholics in Bombardier than Prods in Quinn's.

That's slander to say such a thing.
In my town I doubt that there is even one Prod who works in the building or related trades. They are all middle-class types or traders or their relations and make up about 7% of the population. Would not parts of NI be more like the south that way?

I know plenty of people from the unionist community in the Building trade. In the border area in which the company operated it may be different as their was a lot of people from a unionist community who had state jobs. In truth if their was as issue it should have been raised and dealt with.

"
WHAT DO THE ARMY RESERVES DO?
The Army Reserve has two clearly defined roles. Firstly, it provides highly trained soldiers who can work alongside the Regulars on missions in the UK and overseas. Secondly, it gives people who have specialist skills, like medics and engineers, a range of exciting opportunities to use them in new ways.

Over the next few years the role of the Army Reserve will be expanded and they will work even more closely with the rest of the Army. This means that there will be more opportunities for people who want to enjoy the challenges that come with being a Reservist."

I know someone who was shipped to Afghanistan.

He'd have volunteered.

However there are no full time army jobs in Fermanagh.
