Plenty of time for bunga bunga! What about the garlic man in jail for tax fraud? There are a few more places left in the joy. I'd rather not comment on those charged!

Would we ever see the likes of that here ?
Tbf, corruption in Italy is far worse than here, particularly in the South. Many many more there have escaped the law, their hardly to be commended in regards criminalising corrupt politicians.

Jeez! How the mighty have fallen.

Will Bertie, Fingers, Lowry etc. be next?

In my aching bollocks they will.

Mr Bumble: nobody in interested in your painful nether region. Could you not comment without coarseness or vulgarity/ Probably not. But you could try it before the watershed!

No. Italy has not been lumbered with corrupt, conniving, lying, supine outfits like the Labour Party

Tbf, corruption in Italy is far worse than here, particularly in the South. Many many more there have escaped the law, their hardly to be commended in regards criminalising corrupt politicians.
Italy has jailed a former Mr Big. Ireland has jailed nobody except a fruit and veg man for importing garlic. That puts Italy light years ahead of Ireland.

He does not have to report to jail straight away and can appeal according to SKY.

Given how slow the wheels of justice turn in Italy, his grandson will have died before a verdict on the appeals come. He will not see jail, for years or ever, more likely.

Tax fraud, a fashionable topic at the very least.
