No that can’t be right. I read Eoghan Harris on Sunday and he said Michael Martin has played a blinder.

And according to Dearbhail McDonald, also at the Indo, the Shinners came out worst from the whole Fitzgerald saga.

The poll suggests that media attempts to get Labour back in the game on the back of AK's Dail intervention were a failure, as was the line that MM had played a blinder. It also suggests that the carry on by Fitzgerald (couldn't remember key emails coz remembering = intervening) was fine and dandy to a large proportion of the electorate. Have to factor in that LV's prominence re Brexit/border stuff hasn't done him any harm.

Thanks. Had a feeling there'd be a bounce if there was any polling done this week - but that is a right bounce. Also good in that it puts the Frances business to bed.
You must be a really deluded blueshirt if you think the stitch up of Maurice McCabe has suddenly gone away.

On another occasion, I'd have said that this poll would have had Leo batin' down the door at Áras an Uactaráin but not now. Not when we're all Brexity.
