Boris to legislate to exempt army killings from 1970-1997 from the Human Rights Act. The HRA enshrined the ECHR into UK law. The GFA said that the UK would enshrine the ECHR into UK law. Another undermining of the GFA.

If this goes ahead it just sets in concrete their admission of guilt ....

and there was no need to do it as none of them would have been sent down anyway

Does this “amnesty” apply to paramilitaries too ? .... some legal fun ahead I would imagine

Ironically many of those posting in this thread are perfectly happy to see the Wikileaks founder rot in prison, simply because he did not obey the 'don't dare criticise Clinton' rule.

In other words, they don't really care about human rights. ;)

Indeed ANS, pretty much an admission of guilt and cover-up plus another huge klondyke for the legal eagles.
