I'd tell the counsel to give her a grilling in the witness box.Under enough pressure she will keel over and case closed.

Totally and completely absurd. In the UK she would have had her PSV and car licences revoked.

If she has transferable skills and a position open, she could be employed elsewhere in the company but definitely not go back driving a bus. The company can't do that.

She's in no fit condotion to drive public transport she's putting peoples lives at stake, the thought that she could appeal this is shocking, hopefully the court will see sense and throw her case out.

Her buses will be chockablock of wishful whiplash applicants closely followed by taxis busting with ambulance chasers.

Surely the legal imperative is passenger safety...imagine the law suits if she were to get re-instated...it'd almost think the legal system was out to develop the family business...safe to assume no judge, solicitor, barrister or their kids use the buses much.

There was an interesting case in pre-EU revenge greece where some city had over 50% of it's taxi drivers claiming an allowance for being blind.
