As someone said, it's hard to include lots of sub-groups in a snappy group title that is supposed to cover sub-groups that stem from their members being different from other sub-groups.

But here's the latest attempt.

I find it odd that these folks talk about things like "the LGBT community" as if it is a community that is grounded in some commonality.

Now we're at the point where it's all very mix-and-match - everyone just picks from the massive set of initials that relate to these various groups. No doubt they upset some sub-group in the process, no matter how hard they try to be inclusive.

Teachers federation conducts 'LGGBDTTTIQQAAPP' training | Daily Mail Online

"The Canadian Elementary Teachers Federation (ETFO) of Ontario hosted a LGGBDTTTIQQAAPP inclusiveness training session on June 6.

The acronym stands for Lesbian, Gay, Genderqueer, Bisexual, Demisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Twospirit, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, Asexual, Allies, Pansexual and Polyamorous."

Canada is the Sweden of the New World. A nation with a death wish.
In my experience Canadians are lovely people, yet they, or some group of them, keep coming up with this type of bolloxology. You really have to wonder are they just too nice and too polite to call out the nonsense.

Tucker Carlson on Fox had a good(and funny) debate on this last week with a Canadian professor , really exposed the total obscurity of it all. Maybe someone might post it up.

A lot of this stuff originates, or is taken seriously, within education circles.

Is there really much chance of it all becoming mainstream, so that people in the private sector are running around worrying about all of this? Most companies stick to the LGBT thing currently, with maybe the odd Q, A or + added in.

I think that's it.

As is happening in various places, even asking questions about this stuff gets one howled down as a homophobe or transphobe or whatever else. So most people keep quiet when the issue is raised.

Well, it's educated me, I had no idea what Twospirit was until I just looked it up.

It doesn't seem like a bad thing to give people's identities their correct names. If you were from Cavan and someone thought your accent was from Monaghan you'd probably get quite irritated and correct them.

At least this crap gives the most retarded members of society a way to earn a living.

"Diversity and inclusion offices" are the 21st century sheltered workshops.

FFS.. this is bloody ridiculous!!!

Canada has gone completely overboard on many social issues. I agree that everyone should be able to co-exist in peacefulness and equality for all, but this seems to be making a community of everything ... strange indeed..;)

He was suspended for a week.

He did say this though:

At one point, Carlson asked the former Toronto mayoral candidate and former president of Canada’s Liberal party to define the term “two-spirited,” which refers to a person who has both a masculine and feminine spirit, and is used by some First Nations people to describe their sexual, gender and/or spiritual identity.

“Two-spirit sounds like there’s someone they don’t know whether they are fish or fowl, they don’t know whether they are frick or frack — so they’re clearly confused,” LeDrew said."

Even a well-established leader of the Canadian Liberal Party is hard pressed to keep up with all of this stuff.

Should we add Cavan and Monaghan in that list too???..;)
