United Airlines beat up a customer. Their share price fell a bit.

American Airlines announced pay rises for cabin crew. Their share prices fell a lot.

What a messed up way to run a world.

Capitalism summed up in one graph - The London Economic

Whom the gods would destroy...
Oh do fúck off.

Capitalism in single picture. Bottom half first world standard of living, freedoms and quality of life. Top half, desperate poverty, violent oppression, barely subsistence existance.

Whose fault is it that the "capitalist" half enjoys a high quality of life and high levels of freedoms.
Whose fault is it that the "non-capitalist" half "enjoys" political and social oppression, abject poverty and generally miserable existence.

Mao Zedong killed a minimum of 50 million.
That's just one communist.

At least people have the choice to quit or not smoke at all.
The OP is not a defence of Communism. Neither is it a criticism of Capitalism as such. The key point is the greed of the shareholders and the insane rush to concentrate more and more into fewer and fewer hands.

What was the actual share price in United or American before the price drop? Share prices are driven by long term prospects for a return on an investment which in turn reflects market sentiment.
United are in the halfpenny place when compared to Michael O'Leary's attitude to pay for his workers and wheelchair users. Part of his culture is to encourage a ruthless cynicism where airline staff are given a commission to fleece some poor ejit who is 200g over the limit. Subsequently O'Leary re-invented himself as a cuddly loveable bleeding heart and immediately saw bookings at the airline increase.

Feed your brain before open your mouth, or in this case, mount your keyboard. That is a pile of drivel.
