Cash in transit robberies

Just wondering in the light of two separate cash in transit robberies today carried out within 30 minutes of each other, whatever happened the security procedures supposedly put in place to have explosive dye canisters in every shipment and surely the security man transporting the cash has a helmet and a visor that it supposed to render him protection against a pepper spray attack amongst other things?

Up to €100k taken in two cash in transit robberies

A cynic could well be forgiven for harbouring suspicions that there are some insiders within the security industry who have a vested interest in facilitating or at least making it much less complicated (and possibly predictable) for those planning such robberies?

Well that makes for a pretty lame security procedure so doesn't it. If that's fairly common knowledge surely the security companies should be implementing further logical security precautions such as remote activation or GPS activation if the consignment veers a particular distance off the planned shipment route

Is there any way we can blame this on the Provos?

They probably freeze the box to kill any batteries, dipped in liquid nitro may boll1x up the dye mechanism as the metal cracks etc,

Honestly, a small explosive device inside would easily do the trick, barring that a judicial system that answers to the people for their lenient sentencing is probably the way to go.

A jury is chosen to Judge the accused why not have a larger Jury to judge the Judges sentencing behaviour when it comes to career crims ? surely they must answer to the sovereign rulers of this Republic ? the Citizens ?

That poor old guy that was murdered recently by a thug with 69 previous convictions (some of which were very violent) was just as much killed by the Judges that did not do their job in the first place. It is a bit like putting a clown in charge of the Disease Control Service,, Ahh sure it will be grand, just let this virus out and it will behave ?

Well guess what , people are fooking sick of hearing about dangerous scumbags with dozens or hundreds of convictions out loose making new victims of innocent people.

So 1980s. Do these reprobates not understand that the way to get all of a bank's money, and more, is to lend them a few quid?
