And on what basis do you deduce that to be the case?

He is the lead Irish opposition spokesperson on Brexit. Not An Taoiseach, Theresa May, Juncker or Barnier.

Four months in and:

He has tabled and put pressure on the Government through a range of leaders questions on the matter.

Through PQs he has elicited that, with less than 2 years to go to the UK's departure, that our lead government agencies haven't hired much more than 1 in 10 of the new recruits they are supposed to in order to assist Irish businesses with preparing for Brexit.

He has met and discussed Brexit with relevant politicians from Northern Ireland, the UK and the EU at meetings in Dublin and Belfast, London, Brussels and Slovenia.

He has addressed several meetings around the country on Brexit and has drafted and produced explaner literature for Fianna Fail.

And he ain't finished yet!

What else do you think he should have achieved by now?
What does that amount to? SFA
