Northern Ireland is in the UK you ignorant fool.
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The North of Ireland is not in Great Britain. Has the teaching of Geography been so ineffective up there that you can't tell countries from each other now? To people in GB, you are Irish.

Oh it's "GB" now is it?

Your original post states "UK". So if the geography teaching is ineffective it is you that has the problem.

You are just Irish. Not British. GB has moved on hundreds of years. It doesn't celebrate the Dutch usurper who was backed by the Pope. Indeed most people in the UK live in the 21st Century. You are the unwanted vestige of empire, an inconvenient historical anomaly loyal to a country that no longer wants you. And with leaving the EU, your future is no longer Orange (as in the Dutch royal family) but Green. Welcome to the human race. :)

Uk and GB are different things. GB and Britain are different things.

I'm gona have to charge you for all this education I keep having to give you.

Once again, because of your current circumstances, I will waive the fee one more time.

Could have been much worse. He could have thought I was a Fianna Failer.
Are you talking about the most successful party to serve in government in the 26?
Doesn't say much for poor SF!
Thanks again.

Indeed it is. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Two different entities in the same political structure. Being in the UK does not turn the Northern Irish into Britons.

GB is the mainland of the UK. So for NI and other assorted islands,it is.

What concern is it of yours anyway?
It’s as logical to declare Orkney as the ‘mainland’ of the UK

When Parliament sent Theresa May back to Brussels to renegotiate the Dutch paper Troun described it thus-“ It is a bit like the crew of the Titanic deciding by majority vote that the iceberg really must get out of the way-“-
