Enda Kenny addressed Irish chamber of commerce in New York last night. Promised and offered to work with Taoiseach to help restore Ireland's damaged reputation abroad. Refreshing to hear leader of opposition do so, and he is a good ambassador abroad, as a correspondent said on Newstalk, he spoke very well, got a good reception divested of the carping Sindo trype criticism from home, and he certainly looks the part!! Given the image sent abroad by Biffo and Bertie in the cupboard in recent times, this is welcome news and probably something that will be suppressed on RTE.

Like all the others who have been driven out by FF slash and burn ? Maybe he might capture David Drum and force him back here to face the music.

Just reading through a few of my emails, and I recieved one from somebody who was present. By all accounts Enda was very impressive, and really struck a cord with the American's. It was only a breif email, but I'm intrested to read what spin the Irish media will put on this today, and what the updated email from NY will be!

Dont expect to hear about it on RTE or Sir Anto papers. Bet John Drennan and/or Jody Corcoran,or Celia Larkin will savage him on sunday for daring to upstage our g8 leader, Brian Cowen.

Major own goal by Kenny once more. Cowen is responsible for the mess we are in now. The removal of Cowen is vital for Ireland.

Vote FG to keep FF in power.

The removal of FF from politics is vital, cowen is just small part of that.

FF caused this crisis. We need an election. Nothing else can be good for the country.

Kenny has not only scored an own goal, but he also ran onto another pitch and scored a goal for Sinn Fein and 2 for Labour.

Take what Enda said in NY with a grain of salt. He is on a massive salary if one judges it in relation to the welloffness of the country. He has obviously not yet looked at the books in the DOF on the Taoiseach request.

All the politicians in Leinster House might as well have been living in Cloud Cuckoo Land for the past ten years; when it comes to having an understanding of the Irish economy. They have yet to come down to earth and discover the facts!

How many millions for expenses did they pull during the Summer when they were on holidays?

Can anyone give him any credit for anything, even abroad. Next we will hear that a vote for FG is a vote for FF! How different to see someone put country first- remember when spineless Brian Lenihan Snr, went to US at instigation of Haughey to try and derail the Anglo Irish Agreement of 1985,and was told by Irish/Americans politicians to bugger off.

You could take all this criticism as a huge compliment if it come from FF hacks. These lowlifes share a collective brain! Look at their "leader" for a guide as to how to look really stupid on the World stage. God bless Jay Leno, he has only seen a small snippet of the coarseness and vulgarity of our leader but in fairness he did a great job with it...

Have FG got the post traumatic stress counselling lined up for after the meeting with the MOF?

He does not deserve any credit. This government is denying bye elections so it can stay in power. This government protects those guilty of causing the crisis.

Enda needs to demand an election, and make it clear that the guilty will face swift justice.

Supporting those that created the crisis is pure foolish.
