On my mobile so cant post link but on the front page of todays examiner is a story on how the commission demanded the cut to the minimum wage. One is reminded of the claims by the europhile left that we would get a 'social market' under Lisbon and that submitting ourselves to the eu in general would lead to social 'progress'. Also given that Lisbon beefed up the growth and stability pact the claim that the minimum wage would be endangered by Lisbon doesnt look so crazy now. I wonder if the 'beards' will lead the protest down dawson street tomorrow?
