What I'd like to know is why they are so wedded to the PSC. Nobody wants or particularly likes it yet they continue to attempt to make it mandatory but not mandatory when applying for other things (Passport, Drivers licence, etc)
Because having an identity card, which is what the PSC actually is, makes sense.
Only in a country where water is expected to be free, and unmetered, could one find adherents to the contrary.

Fu*ck off Ar*se-hole over paid under-worked P&CS waster. We already pay far too much towards your ridiculous salary and pension. You are not worth a tenth of it all.

PSC is a joke. Why is this more accepted than a passport for your driving license? If you have a drivers license, a passport as proof of identity why should you also need one of these cards? It is utterly ridiculous.
The PSC was originally intended as an identity card to prevent among various things, Welfare Fraud. however, it was ill thought out and half-heartedly rolled out.

This guy is jealous of the County Council workers living high and gorging themselves on the good life paid for by the House Tax. They, the P&CSers, all want their cut of the 'shag the rest of them' pie.

Why don't we get an uproar against these nasty self-centered gimmies.

Quite possibly because ignorant, foul-mouthed louts like you are seen as the alternative.

BullSh*it. Not while Ignorant foul mouthed louts like you are the norm. You and Galt are clearly on the 'creaming it' side.

So you agree. County Council workers are living high on the good life paid for by the House (Property TAX) while the P&CSers aspire to live significantly higher lives paid for by the water TAX.

Proof... Wherever you live take a look at all the very expensive 'extraneous works' projects on going from libraries to '' initiatives to civil works. Farmed out to friends and relations making kings ransoms for little or no input (just fronting CC scams) and manned by Poles and acolytes.

I have noted first hand the bile oozing from your mouths when you can't GET AT those who would expose your scams. You believe you and yours have a right to wealth and prosperity at the expense of everyone else.

Gimmie the money. Loads an loads of moneyyyyyyyy. hahaha aghrrrrrrrr

I don't disagree. But, I'd add only in such a country would its government and civil service try to introduce such an identity card, so dishonestly, with no backing legislation and no public debate. We have literally no idea what the scope of this project is. How far is it actually going? I've heard some suggestions that private sector organisations will have access to it. It's crazy that we know nothing about it.

Fraude fiscale : Jérôme Cahuzac condamné à quatre ans de prison.

Le Monde

When are we gonna see some of this in this shi*thole. It's a hell of a sight worse here then it is in France.

Looks and behaves like any local TD/ County Councillor or acolyte.

Revealed: Half of Ireland's TDs are millionaires... and here's how much they're worth.

The idea was to have one per caravan, but you can own and rent many caravans.
