RIP

So far 2017 is intent on catching up on 2016 as a year when we lose a great many greats.

Sunday mornin' my head is bad,
But it's worth it for the time that I had,
But I've got to get my rest,
Cause Monday is a mess.

Indeed.

R.I.P. Fatman.

He was feared missing during the hurricane Katrina, but thankfully he survived it. A great entertainer and a rock legend. He will be missed.

That's Chuck Berry and Fats in the same year.

Will there be a third star of the 50s before the end of 2017?

Little Richard? Jerry Lee Lewis?
Jerry Lee will never actually die as such - the Devil will just finally come and fully claim back his own. At least I saw him (Jerry Lee, I mean, not the Devil) say that in an interview a few years back.
