The time has come. Whilst no doubt there are very sincere people in FF whose best intentions were for Ireland, they must, no doubt be despairing at what has become of this country.
Through no fault of their own, they have been led to believe in a economic system that drip feeds society rather than a society that produces a prosperous economy.

The real culprits sit at the high table, through naievty and ignorance, yes - but ultimately from a superiorty complex developed by too much power at the hands of too few. From McCreevey onwards, Ahern, Cowen, Dermot Ahern, and the rest.
Some good people, some goood politicians have been hoodwinked by power and privilege.

Do the decent thing - disband.

That would assume that there are decent people at the core of the ff traitor party.

If anybody in FF has an ounce of patriotism or love for their country, they should resign their membership now.

How can they remain in a party that has betrayed Ireland on such a collosal scale.

Did you not hear? This is all the fault of the opposition. Try to keep up.

disband?? they should fall on their swords, literally.
We should hire out an industrial woodchipper, at least their shredded remains could be put to more use than they were in life.

The roses would be good next year.

Wounded animals slink into the undergrowth to lick their wounds and sleep, waiting to recover. Fianna Fail won't disband. They'll use their time in opposition to reorganise from the ground up, dump their present leader, demote the losers at Cabinet and try to find some fresh talent from outside their ranks. I wish them luck finding anyone desperate/stupid enough to join up.

Some diseases are never cured but can be held at bay by regular treatment and a healthy lifestyle. Fianna Fail is one such example.

Highly doubt they'll disband. Even if the election result in the new year is bad. The Liberals, once a great party, in Britain kept going for many years even tho they went from winning overall majorities to winning less than a hundred seats in just 20 years. The sight of Fianna Fail carrying on for years with just 4 or 5 TDs may be a great sight to laugh at:cool:
