Fine Gael clearly are not the party of Ireland but the Party of the Rich, Bankers and Europe.

In their latest attack on the vulnerable of Ireland they are now saying that If Labour continue to pursue a policy of making the rich who are on over 100K per year pay an extra 3% in USC (Universal Social Charge) they Fine Gael will press ahead and cut the dole!

I find it staggering how Fine Gael are so happy to show their loyalty to the rich people in Ireland and have no issue in showing how much little care they have for the poorest people.

FINE Gael is threatening to press for a cut in the dole in next week's Budget, if Labour keeps pushing for tax increases on high earners.

Labour wants to increase the Universal Social Charge (USC) on those earning over €100,000 by 3pc, but this is regarded as a breach in the Programme for Government by Fine Gael.

FG doing their best to protect those in employment as well as trying to encourage new business into the country and having to close an €18 billion deficit without hurting anyone.

IMPOSSIBLE.

Many defenders of the poverty industry opt to fire before they have taken aim or steadied themselves.

An increase on the USC for high earners and a cut back on welfare would be a win/win in my book. It doesn't need to be and shouldn't be an "either or".

Lets just do away with USC and PRSI and have 3 income tax rates.

Pain in the hole all the different employment taxes :(

Make tax system easy for everyone.
