Strange as it seems, yes. Brussels has become a vehicle for Berlin and the EU needs to become a community of nations again rather than a bureaucratic empire. As Thomas Jefferson put it: "a little rebellion now and then is a good thing.".
Then it's about time you rebelled against your British overlords. :)

She is improving in the polls , he is going the opposite direction. That is the very definition of a momentum swing. Face it Des , the game is up. Le Pen is well on her way to wining this.

French election: Support for Marine Le Pen climbs in latest poll | The Independent

Looks like you and what might pass for your flimsy credibility is heading for le spanking.

A Cevipof poll published on the website of Le Monde on Wednesday - one of the last big surveys before Sunday's vote - saw Macron getting 59 percent of votes versus 41 percent for Le Pen. An Ifop-Fiducial poll for Paris Match, CNews and Sud Radio gave Macron a 60-40 lead.

How is racism and fascism commensurate with leaving the European Union? Explain?
The English have voted to tear up the treaty they signed with nearly thirty democratic European countries including this former colony.

That showed racist contempt for fellow European citizens and especially for the European citizens who were formerly part of the colony ruled from London.

Le Pen has defended both fascism and colonialism in her campaign and like the English wants to leave the EU.

She is supported by Farage and the London right wing, gutter, Brexit press,

In the French presidential election the modern manifestation of being anti-EU, fascism and racism is, therefore, Marine Le Pen.

Ah now surely you can do better than that?

Challenge my opinions at least.
Really?

The English have voted to tear up the treaty they signed with nearly thirty democratic European countries including this former colony
Point of fact: The Treaty will remain,
Point of fact: Britain is exercising an actual provision in the Treaty (if they are tearing it up, they couldn't use Article 50 now could they?)
Point of fact: Treaties are made, changed and dissolved all the time.

That showed racist contempt for fellow European citizens and especially for the European citizens who were formerly part of the colony ruled from London.

Point of fact: "European Union" is not a race. "German" is not a race", "French" is not a race, ditto, ditoo, ditto.
Point of fact: very few "European citizens" were formerly part of the "colony ruled from London". I wasn't, I am 99.9% sure you weren't.
Point of fact: Around 1% of the EU population are citizens of a country that was once a colony of Britain. Meh.

Le Pen has defended both fascism and colonialism in her campaign and like the English wants to leave the EU.
Point of fact: You provide no facts. Where is the "defence of fascism", or "colonialism"?
Point of fact: Yes, she propose France leave the EU. And...?

She is supported by Farage and the London right wing, gutter, Brexit press,
Point of fact: Opponents of the EU support an opponent of the EU. And..?
Point of fact: That "right wing nutter", was pivotal in convincing more 18 million people it would be in their interests to leave the EU. Rage away, nobody is much bothered.

In the French presidential election the modern manifestation of being anti-EU, fascism and racism is, therefore, Marine Le Pen.
Point of fact: Neither you, nor anyone else, has every provided an iota of evidence that Marine Le Pen is either a fascist or a racist.

So you see, the reason I don't typically take time to parse and respond to your posts is because the task is exactly like sifting through a sewer in the hope of discovering a diamond.

Are we good now?

However, support for Le Pen within Paris was conspicuous by its absence. Fewer than one in 20 voters cast their ballots for the far-right leader. This is a lower proportion than who did so in 2012.

Three days on from a terror attack in the capital that claimed the life of a police officer, it makes Paris one of just four areas of the country where Front National support fell compared to 2012.

Macron scooped up 34.8 per cent of the vote in Paris, his strongest area of support.

The English voted for Brexit because of their racist contempt for the citizens of the rest of the EU and especially for the citizens of this democratic republic and former colony.

Yes, we saw that bit.

I even responded by "addressing your opinions", but after me going to all that effort, not a peep from you.

That should help her
If there is one thing to turn off your typical French person more than be told by an American racist braying oaf how to vote, it is surely to be told the same by an English racist braying oaf.

I thought Le Pen won the debate after saying the next French leader would be a woman; either her or Merkel
While clearly enough for you
Fortunately 60 million French people probably believe your suitability to become President shouldn't be solely decided by one's ability to deliver a rehearsed snide remark.

As for her winning?
Look, she could have vomited and urinated on the stage last night and you'd have said the same thing.
It is therefore pointless of you to say she won, utterly meaningless.
