I wonder what debts Gerry O’Brien of the new Land League has. I see he’s the only one supporting O’Toole.

Of note is the fact the judge was not impressed with his barrister.

And Gilro6 couldn’t be in Harristown fir O’Toole yesterday coz he’s occupied in Mounthoy, plus he's, once again, taking crazy court cases

You couldn’t make this story up. LOL.
Thanks for bringing us up to date. I do be so busy, I find it hard to keep track

I ask myself the question, will there ever be a judicial inquiry into the matters discussed here? I answer never!

No
When a bank or investors buys a block of flats - or mortgages - they should find out about the tenants / borrowers, and not seek to evict on the basis of their own financial plan.

It wasn't much of a plan if they didn't investigate the basic facts.

I'm not in the property game, but this seems obvious to me. What happens is, the buyers are usually borrowed up to the hilt themselves, and then "have" to take drastic action.

The gardi are only involved at the end, so I would not blame them.

Looks like a further arrest made today in longford in relation to strokestown. Sounds like the net is very slowly closing... yet another concerned local I see

Big raid up in Monaghan as well Mutt, poteen, chop shop , stolen motors and stuff ...hmmmm

Isolated farm. Big outbuildings..... very interesting ...no connection to Strokeville I’m sure!!

Must check the Slab today for any unusual welding..... pulling a bit to the right,

Might pop up to Harristown tomorrow.

Very similar scenarios Mutt, run down dwelling houses, rubbish everywhere ,but big ‘outbuildings’.

Not suggesting that any connection with Strokeville but a lot of stuff in common.

Harristown tomorrow should maybe shed some light on these reportedly murky activities.

Wonder will there be an attendance of ‘bullhorn bullies’ outside the premises.

Should be a good day for the good guys anyway.

If you're owed money go to a solicitor. Get a judgement in court.

Give it to the sheriff to execute. It's your best bet if you think the debtor has the money or assets to pay.

The only way to deal with a cowboy is with the sheriff!
