Wouldn't disagree but it would be very clear the brother had no interest if registered property involved. The order for possession was obtained in the high court years ago so they would have operated off this. Subsequent orders were probably just execution orders. In any event, these proceedings appear to be a challenge to the actual eviction so when it goes ahead the Court will decide on all aspects of this.
