It's truly unbelievable.

But for how long can they get away with it.

It's easy to talk about 'foreign bond-holders needing to take a haircut', but a big lump of the losses will be carried by pension funds in countries all around the world.

As nobody knows what really went on then nobody can say if it was legal or illegal, can they.

If this government had had any integrity at all then back in 2008 they'd have asked Obama for help from US Treasury investigators and the FBI.

Change of Constitution / Declaration of Emergency would be the routes to make it legal.
