Harry Clarke and the Geneva Window...

...good programme on Sky Arts last night about the life and work of Harry Clarke. Much of it towards the end focussed on the rejection by the then Government of the work they had commissioned for the League of nations building - "the Geneva Window" - for a number of reasons, it was rather earthy, it depicted too many Protestant artists etc. etc. Worth a look for anyone interested in one of this island's great artists.
