We could certainly learn something from the US regarding how they deal with white collar criminals.

Nearly 350 people have been charged with crimes in what U.S. officials said is the country's largest-ever investigation of investment fraud.

Officials said the investigation took aim at scam artists across the country running Ponzi schemes and pump-and-dump schemes, as well as market manipulation and foreign-exchange frauds. At a news conference Monday morning at the Justice Department, officials said they have also filed civil charges against 189 people.
