The media are reporting that the negotiations with the IMF are expected to conclude tomorrow, however the IMF contingency have been spotted this evening passing through Dublin Airport onto (allegedly) a private jet.

It's likely that the negotiations may have been completed already.

They must be having a great celebration and laugh on the plane now, can hear them say, "geeze when they told us we we're going to a country that just gave away 540billion i could'nt believe it, we we're bound to make a killing", and so they did...

Well the IMF might have gone home because:

1. their part of the deal is concluded, but Europes part still to be trashed out, hence deal not done yet?

2. They fell out with Europe :D

When will our excuse for a government tell us the size of the dowry?

will return

The IMF will be back in a few months to make sure everything is going according to plan. If not they can suspend or cut off aid.

No doubt Cowen and Lenihan will deny they're gone and will arrange a few press conferences with cardboard cut-outs of Chopra and his friends.

Can a new Government rip up this deal? or have this shower so sold out our future?
If FG and Labour have any integrity, honour and a sense of national pride, they would promptly tell Messrs Chopra and Rehn to go and ************************ themselves.

If they dont, they will find a very angry population baying for their blood.

I felt safer while they were here.

Can we know with any certainty that books won't be cooked again in their absence?

Or burnt?
