Blatant sectarianism.
Can't believe their hatred for non-Jews.
It was saying Palestinians who lynch them if they were Jews. Please point out where was the hatred towards non-Jews.

I think this was meant more as an anti-Palestinian message than an anti-Christian one.

Of course if Jesus was just after climbing out of an armoured bulldozer after having knocked down a Palestinian home near Bethlehem he might very well be lynched.

Yeah but on the other hand, does anyone remember an old-fashioned idea called free speech?

Depicts Palestinians (Muslims and Christians) as blood thirsty animals.
Not surprised you missed the point.
Also to use Jesus Christ's image for propaganda purposes is deliberately provocative considering the history of these people.

This thread and the link its based on its absolute nonsense. They said nothing derogatory about Christians. The whole premise of the thread (although I am not attacking the OPer for posting it as he is just referring to the posting on Electronic Intifada) is absolute hogwash.

I don't see how it's anti-Christian - just flippant and crude.

Those IMG tags in the OP aren't doing anything, by the way.

This is a statement from diplomats in the Israeli Embassy in Dublin.

Diplomacy: diplomacy is the employment of tact to gain strategic advantage or to find mutually acceptable solutions to a common challenge, one set of tools being the phrasing of statements in a non-confrontational, or polite manner.
Free speech doesn't come into it .

It's derogatory of the Palestinian people, who are both Muslims and Christians.

So no Jews in Palestine?. Surprised to see you say that. As for blood thirsty animals, look at image a few posts above. Even animals would not do that.

Because it suggests that Palestinian Christians and Muslims would attack Jews simply for being Jews.

That's not just crude and flippant, it's crude and prejudiced.

What was anti-Christian about it? And would a Jew feel comfortable in Bethlehem today?
