Hagar Sheizaf and her document have found nothing.

The Schnakbe is an attempt to throw the blame for the refugees of 1947-1949 on the Jews.

This war began by the arabs and ended in such a way they had to blame others. They couldn't bear the conseuqences of wanting to commit a genocide against the Jews in their land.

So eventually the arabs lost almost everything, but won victimhood!

And they use it. It doesn't matter how many documents the leftistics and their collaborators in Israel find, what's important is that the arabs wanted to kill all Jews.

The Jews just didn't let themn do that, and that's what eating the leftistics from the inside.

A real schnakbe, where the Jews force arabs out - never happened. Some unlawful actions might happen in a genocidal war the other side forces on you, and that might have happened here too, but the Jews were not the prime cause of their fleeing their homes. The prime cause was the arabs' reluctance to accept others in this small space called the land of Israel.

Oh please !!! Stop with the revision of history. The real facts are in the archives and mostly hidden away from the public. The researchers and archivists have stated what was in many of the papers so your version is wrong and just a heap of lies.

The Palestinians are entitled to mourn their dead and the loss of their families and property just the same as the Jews and the 7/8 million other people who lost family and property in the Holocaust.

You do yourself no favour by dismissing and lying about the ethnic cleansing that is still going on to this day in the tatters of what is left of Palestine.

They can mourn their dead and the loss of their families and homes.

Who am I to tell them not to.

That has nothing to do with the question if there was a schnakbe or not.

The fact is that they started the war of Independence, thus bringing about the creation of Israel by their own hands.

The schnakbe is an invention of the arabs who lost the genocidal war they had started. Jews had to fight back the arab aggression and thus the arabs lost this war.

The schnakbe is a term that is meant to blame the Jews for the arabs losing the war of Independence. But since they are the cause of this war, the term is not applicable towards the Jews.

Also they were not one people - they used to be a conglomerate of peoples, thus it's not a national catastrophe, but simply a catastrophe. One that they inflicted on themselves.

They are either in denial or lying through their teeth. The facts of this 75 year old belligerent occupation are reaching a wider audience and they can't control it, hence the hissy fits and ad homs
It's great when they are calling the documents and evidence of murder, looting, land theft and rape of Palestinians all lies...it shows they have not only lost the argument...but also the plot.
I bet they won't leave it at that though....though one or two of the more sane ones have posted links to the documents and evidence.

Scan of 10 year old 's head

100 bullet fragments in brain of Palestinian child shot in northern West Bank

Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child in the head with live ammunition yesterday during a protest against settlement expansion in the West Bank town of Kafr Qaddum, Palestine.
Abdul Rahman Yasser Shteiwi, 10, was rushed to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus at around 3pm and was operated on immediately. Today, doctors told ISM that a scan of the boy’s brain showed over 100 bullet fragments lodged in his head.

The hospital’s head of neurosurgery, Othman Othman, who operated on the 10-year-old for three and a half hours, claimed that the bullet fired at Abdul was a live round.
Speaking through an interpreter, he said: “He had a penetrating injury in the frontal lobe on the right side. The injury was severe and there are more than 100 fragments.
“This is not a rubber bullet; this is a metal bullet. A rubber bullet will not enter because it does not have a sharp head. This is something that had a sharp head.”
This disputes claims by the Israeli military that no live ammunition was fired during the Friday protest.
ISM activists also found a 5.56 bullet case on the ground where protesters had been standing some 15 minutes before. The case was hot to the touch suggesting it had been fired that afternoon. Dozens more bullet cases were also found by villagers following the protest.
The 10-year-old remains in critical condition, and is awaiting further scans. “This injury is a severe traumatic brain injury. He is in critical condition and there is a lot of blood in his brain,” Mr. Othman added. “We can’t yet say what is the real injury to the brain.”
The leader of the popular resistance committee in Kafr Qaddum, Murad Shtaiwi, told ISM: “I don’t have words to explain the sadness I feel.
“The army practiced a very big fault if they think that what they did today will make the demonstration go down. No, never.”

Livelihoods destroyed in two days of demolitions in South Hebron Hills

19086

July 4 | International Solidarity Movement | South Hebron Hills, occupied Palestine

The South Hebron Hills have faced two consecutive days of demolitions starting early yesterday morning, with bulldozers destroying water wells and uprooting over 500 trees in two villages.

An elderly Palestinian activist from Um al-Khair was also hospitalised yesterday after being violently detained by occupation forces.

Five JCB bulldozers accompanied by Israeli Civil Administration vans began uprooting trees – some of which were over 14 years old – and demolishing water wells in a public park between the villages of Hashem Daraj and Um al-Khair at around 9am yesterday morning.

70-year-old man Hajj Suleiman, was aggressively dragged out of the road, where he had tried to stand in the way of the bulldozers, by soldiers and pushed to the ground. He was later seen unconscious before being taken to hospital for medical attention.

His nephew Tariq described yesterday’s demolition spree by the Israeli Civil Administration – the body that governs Area C in the West Bank – as “brutal.”

“They don’t leave anything alone,” he told ISM. “They demolish the peoples houses, they demolish the animal barns and now they’re starting from this year to demolish trees and water cisterns.”

The park, which is now a heap of uprooted trees, was one of the few public spaces belonging to Palestinians in the region.

This morning, the bulldozers came again, destroying two water cisterns and uprooting more trees in Dkeika, a village close to the West Bank border.

The cisterns are vital during the summer months for shepherds to graze their sheep and goats.

While the villagers’ resources were being demolished, a drone belonging to far-right Israeli NGO Regavim was documenting the scene. The group, which receives Israeli taxpayers money, is dedicated to evicting Palestinians from Area C and within Israel through court petitions. It’s likely they played a direct role in the two day demolition spree.

Benny Morris: Israel’s Concealing of Nakba Documents Is Totalitarian

Defense Ministry officials apparently hope their actions will raise doubts about the conclusions and credibility of various scholars, says renowned historian
Benny Morris

Shezaf outlines how, since the mid-2000s or early 2010s, Malmab, the Defense Ministry’s secretive security department, has systematically culled from Israeli archives documents that paint the state’s conduct toward Palestine’s Arabs, particularly during the 1948 war, in bleak colors. In vaults, it hides away documents describing expulsions and massacres by various pre-state militias and then Israeli soldiers during that war and in subsequent years.

I was just watching the demolitions on TV (it's on several channels) and the commentator said that over 2000 people have been made homeless. Ethnic cleansing while the EU stand by and do nothing.

During the Bosnian Wars I often wondered why it was that only the west was willing to criticise the attrocities of Karadicz and Mladic while Russia was blindly supporting the Bosnian Serbs. Now I see that America is equally complicit in the attrocities committed by Israel by turning a blind eye and even yesterday voting to increase military aid even further.

And they ended up in poverty in Palestine with their culture largely in tatters due the deliberate policy of cultural genocide by Mapai that lasted until 1977 and still they face massive discrimination- non-European Jews make up the majority of Jews in Palestine and yet only make up nine per cent of the academic staff. At least though they got a better end of stick that the Yemenite Jews who had thousands of their infants subjected to sadistic medical experiments or stolen and sold to childless couples in North America, eh?

People under occupation have a right to take up arms in my opinion. Unlike NI or Tibet, there are recent UNSC Resolutions like 2334 which say these territories are illegally occupied and the settlements are illegal. And Gaza is de facto occupied because of the air, sea and partially land blockades.
Besides the blatant hatred to jewish existence this post demonstrates, it drops all claims against Israeli violence, as you are not against violence, but you want to choose who uses it.

This is the ethnic cleansing on the Palestinian people for the whole world to witness.

As far as I know, you want a Judenrein Balestine, so your faux outrage at Israeli police is lafabale, as it exposes yet again your filthy hypocrisy.
