Ugh. Gotta put up with more clichéd arguments that Waterford is the most affected county in the country. Almost as bad as Donegal people.

Isn't that station actually in Kilkenny?

A lot of Waterford 'city' (ahem:)) is actually in Kilkenny. I don't think the station is. Unless there's a huge clean up bill. Then it might be.

It must be because there was a large 'UP KILKENNY' banner on it for some years when Kilkenny were dominating hurling.

Nothing like rubbing it in!

Vote SF to prevent rockslides, high winds and generally disagreeable weather?

Not catchy enough maybe?

Bagenalstown is closed years and nobody has noticed yet.
It's still there - but it's been renamed Muine Bheag in homage to Darren's gang of loopers.

Just Kilkenny trying to move to Waterford city. Nothing new with that. :)

Guess you must be an avid Irish Times reader, Shiel. It was just the black and amber Kilkenny colours (no planning permission, naturally) that kept having to be painted over. :)

Seriously though, it was lucky it was not closer to the main platform.

Strange… I've been using it for years!

Don't know who darren is or what he has to do with the station, but it's worth using it for the free parking…
