Loyalist culture goes from strenght to strenght: KKK flag erected in east Belfast

Just when you'd think even loyalists would know when to keep their heads down, they never let you down. Near the same spot where loyalists recently picketed the house of a black man, they have erected a lovely blue KKK flag to help neighbours feel more at home and 'outsiders' (Nigs, pakis, chinks, etc.) feel welcome in the east of the city.

East Belfast MP Naomi Long has hit out at those behind it, saying it adds an "even more sinister edge" to recent race-related incidents. Mrs Long said she had received a number of complaints from constituents regarding the flags, which she has passed to the PSNI for action.

“Yet again we see those who wish to bully anyone different from them use flags and emblems to assert dominance and control over a community. To do so at all is to be condemned but to put up these flags in broad daylight shows just how brazen the culprits are," she said.

“To use flags hailing a hate group such as the KKK is sickening and lends a further menacing element to recent events. It is essential that every right-thinking person unites against those who engage in racist, bigoted or otherwise intolerant behaviour and does so with consistency.

Well done loyalists. Keep up the good work, this is the strongest you've ever been. W@nkers.

Need to keep something in reserve for next year's "show of strength".

With these sorts of incidences that all related to representatives or ex-representaives of political unionism, is it any wonder the deadheads take up the mantle after the grovelling apologies?

So you are saying this flag confirms a link between the kkk and OO?

What a lovely bunch of people determined to cause even more offence to people in general and foreign Nationals and Catholics in particular, on the eve of their evil hatefests.

Certainly not, decades of bigotry, racism, sectarianism, xenophobia, homophobia, and violence confirmed those obvious links and parallels a long time ago.

Very much so sir, big difference today though is the fact that their disgusting behaviour is much more highlighted due to modern technology and no doubt companies like Bombardier will be wondering why they should be manufacturing in the shadow of the KKK fleg in East Belfast.

It's a sectarian banner because of such inaccuracy.

The KKK flag in east Belfast is equally despicable.
