But he can share some of the outlay with his Maith.
Could hire themselves out as an eccentric "swinging couple" in Brussels during the evenings, give practical demonstrations of the backstop in action.

Christy Moore should write a song about the new Irish political couple.

People really voted for this Fine Gael guy....will they fall for the same shite again?
He gets destroyed...and defends corruption...it's very embarrassing for him.

No
Pretty much the job description for TD or Senator. 'Let no new thing arise', and particularly in the area of anything that could be described as favouring transparency and regulation.

I can absolutely guarantee you that Chris Lehane and Revenue would never have allowed him exit bankruptcy if there were genuine questions and concerns about siphoning off assets
How can you absolutely guarantee this do you somehow have insider knowledge .

Lehane has performed very well v Sean Dunne who is an infinitely more slippery customer than Wallace.

where are the so called great journalists and prime time that dont have a good look at his affairs and come up with the true story . Maybe one for Gemma O D .
Vincent Browne one night on his TV3 late show stated that he invited Wallace on to his programme, But Wallace wanted guarantees that his personal finances would not be discussed. Browne said he was not prepared to give him that concession. Wallace has appeared on plenty of programmes, wonder how many jurno's were prepared to bow to he's terms.

You cease to be a bankrupt on discharge.

What you say makes sense and I should have twigged it.
He exited Bankruptcy but is probably under an income order, which can last for a max of two years post discharge.
The actions of AIB are therefore very nasty, they should have waited till this came to an end next year, Wallace is powerless to pay anything other than minimum before then.

This smacks of a nasty PR exercise possibly egged on by someone in Government, and based on some of the vitriol posted on this topic in last 24 hours, seems to have worked a treat.
In fact, if it was someone in FG egging AIB on, I am astonished they didn't get their pals in the Four Courts to get this in to court pre elections
Wallace is one of the greedy capitalist developers who bankrupted the country.
Who started unloading his assets on to family members.
He should be in jail.

The OA, Chris Lehane, is a sharp operator and has the power through the Courts to reverse any transactions Wallace may have done around his bankruptcy.

His recent application to AIB about a personal property in Clontarf is interesting and it looks like he is out of bankruptcy otherwise would not be talking with AIB.

Debtors who have lost out will not be happy to see him rising up again financially whilst they have suffered and probably left without any further recourse.

So Mick didn't want the MEP job for the money, yet his legal team have told the court that now that he's earning 10K a year in his new job he'll stop underpaying his monthly repayments by the 500 he's not paying. Strange how the article made no mention of the 320K in various tax free un vouched allowances and expenses that come with his new job.

AIB are going very soft on him, anyone else and the property would be sold out from under them.

In any other country someone who trousered €1.4M of state money would be behind bars.
The Chinese would have him executed and sold off his body parts to reduce the debt, Clare could have bidded for his three card trick.

Also how often has Wallace moaned about nepotism?
I don't know how often? never mentioned it in the Dail Search for nepotism speaker:Mick Wallace (KildareStreet.com)

although this is pretty clear case of it, using Daly to get around rule of not hiring family, they'll both use him
