Several papers are today giving coverage to allegations of Sexual assault and the stories include the allegation that a Fianna Fail Minister was told that his cousin "Abused boys but he said nothing"

The story is covered in what is on here the Bible for those who hate Sinn Fein ( has to be true so )

Former TD 'was told cousin abused boys but he said nothing' - Independent.ie

And on breaking news, which says "Six of his victims claim gardaí, the Catholic Church and health authorities were told about the abuse but failed to act."

Paedophile victims to sue State for 'turning a blind eye' to abuse | BreakingNews.ie

Looking forward to the usual suspect demanding that FF are deemed not to be fit for Government and that their leader takes action / steps down etc etc etc, to show how genuine their concern for real victims is.

After the Jerry Adams situation, Michael Martin knows he cannot stay quite on this after his ardent calling out of SF and Adams over Adams Brother.

He will now be under pressure to launch an investigation into how his own party handles these things.

Are you seriously suggesting that Fianna Fail and their friends in the D4 Jet-set /media lackies would expolite abuse victims for political reasons?

The question here is that Martin would have known about this and that being the case why didnt he alert the Gardai.

It would have had a negative effect on FF, better to sweep it under the carpet.

I bet Enda Kenny won't be hugging these victims in a broad daylight media opportunity.

It appears the culprit Kenneally walked into garda station and met with Superintendent Cashman and Inspector Hayes- he obviously got preferential treatment thus-not every day a super and inspector are on hand to meet public. The two decided as no complaint was made by anyone, they did nothing, why not alert places he was working with young people etc The Monsignor ( Shine) a cousin was allowed handle it- bit like garda handing over a file to John Charles mCQuaid.

Does anyone actually give a sh1t beyond having a go at FF?
Its not just about having a go at FF, its the complete hypocrisy of politicians in all parties using accusations of sexual abuse for political smear purposes while not really giving a shít about the victims.
