Man, this thread has become so pathetic. Comey, Brennan, Clapper, the three mutineers, sorry muskateers, all for one, all against Trump. Totally discredited shills. Strzok, FBI chief investigator sacked by FBI for anti-Trump bias. And still we wait for one scrap of evidence that Trump colluded with Russians to influence election. Honestly, gone beyond a pantomime at this stage.
Odd that you should feel that way, now that campagin collaboration with the Kremlin has been established.
The beauty of the Cohen public testimony Feb 7 is that being a private citizen he completley unresticted by confidentiality, is already going to jail and has the inside line on all of trumps indiscretions, the moron will blow a head gasket..

Even if Manafort and/or Cohen colluded, it doesnt mean Trump was involved or knew of it.
Manafort is being set up as a willing fall guy, and he is pathetically hoping Trump will pardon him.

Trump will dump him like he dumped Cohen, he is already denying directing Manafort to share data with the Russians. But after the Trump Tower lies (both the New York one and the Moscow one), Trump credibility is in the toilet.

We only know what Manaforts legal team submitted by way of mitigation, can only guess at what Mueller has at this point..

The investigation was mandated to investigate if the Trump campaign not just Trump colluded with Russia.

It appears that Meuller has evidence that the campaign chairman did work with Russian state/intelligence during the campaign. And I would be very surprised if some other senior members of the campaign werent aware of this.

So even at this stage it looks like the investigation was 100% warranted

Trump has already said that he couldn't give a monkeys. Cohen will get on with the Dems. Wonder what happened to that big Prague story a couple of weeks ago? So funny if a little tragic the way you're being played. No antidote to Trump derangement syndrome I guess

Not sure how you can say it is Trump derangement syndrome since it looks like Meuller has uncovered pretty strong evidence that the Trump campaign did colluded with Russia

No he hasn't. Manafort had extensive experience in the Ukraine etc. This whole collusion escapade is a charade dreamt up by Clinton to distract from reality that Wikileaks had the skinny on Dem corruption. That coupled with corrupt FBI Democrat shills who were thinking of cushy numbers they'd get with expected Clinton presidency. Trump getting elected torpedoed their plan and the rest has been all desperate firefighting to salvage their reputations.

Ah yes Waggy, the episode where HRC colluded with the Russians to rob her own emails and coordinate the release via Wiki to cause herself maximum electoral damage, while Manafort purely by coincidence gave polling data costing trump $750,000 to two random Putin affiliated Ukranian oligarchs connected to the same Russian troll farm that was micro targetting swing state voters..
The question many here are no doubt asking themselves right now is what bizzare cocktail of drugs is required in order to believe such ballonny.
Seek help Wag, am sure one of mental health advocacy free phone numbers can point you to dry land...

Why was Manafort sharing private Trump polling data with someone connected to Russian intelligence during the campaign

I hate to point this out, but you've been coming across as somewhat deranged for quite some time now. None of us know what's going on under the covers and we can only speculate based on the recorded events which emerge - events such as indictments, charges and convictions. We don't actually know how high this thing goes. I'll await the outcome with great interest.

You, on the other hand, seem filled with an utterly dogmatic certainty that the Trump campaign is entirely clear of any taint of collusion. Fine. That may actually emerge to be true. However, your dogmatism does you no favours. It appears to be rote. Automatic. Predetermined.

Let the process bring us where it goes. Let it take its course. Remember that it's the campaign which is under investigation. If it is found to be clean and, more particularly, if Trump's hands are found to be clean, then that will be after the very deepest of enquiries. Trump would be cleaner than a royalist surgeon embarking on open heart surgery on their beloved monarch.

Lets see, eh?

It does mean that all the cries of no collusion and that the investigation is a witchhunt would be a lie though, right?

Since if the campaign manager and the President's personal lawyer colluded, there was collusion and the investigation was entirely right to take place. And that's before getting into how credible is it that the candidate didn't know what his campaign manager and lawyer were doing.

On CNN this morning, the talking heads agree that Mueller has conspiracy [collusion] and the only thing left for him to prove is what Trump knew about the material given to Russia and when he knew it.

We'll see but am sticking to my guns. Anyone sane can see the "lead FBI investigator" Strzok is a deeply flawed and biased player. He has been sacked FFS. By the FBI. Reading an Ann Coulter book about the whole charade at the moment. She's anti-Dem too but facts are facts and there is little doubt this whole investigation is a scam. Remember, none of these feckers expected to be dealing with Trump as president

Things have progressed. The stages:

1. There are no crimes! This is a witchhunt!
2. Ok there's lots of lying under oath. But who cares? Is that even REALLY a crime? And it's not proof of collusion by the campaign!
3. Ok there are crimes, but they're not by people directly associated with Trump. NO COLLUSION. WITCH HUNT!
4. Ok there are LOTS of crimes by people directly associated with Trump, but he didn't know about any of it. And what's this got to do with Russia? Or the campaign? Why are law enforcement even interested in the law being broken anyway?
5. Ok, so there are crimes involving the campaign, and the people who broke those laws say they did it at the behest of Trump but...I mean come on. Laws? Who cares about laws really? Loads of people could have broken the law too right? You know Muller played golf once right?
6. Ok, so lots of crimes, lots of campaign violations and now the campaign manager admits he colluded with Russian security agents and provided data to them. But this is still all clearly a witch hunt. BUILD THE WALL!
