FISA court expanding its own investigation into dodgy FISA applications by FBI. Claims the Carter Page surveilliance application was altered.

Serious business--evidence was falsified by a rabid anti-Trumper. Wait till he starts singing

Mr Mark Graham on why he will not vote for President Trump again.

Slight problem, Mr Graham did not vote in 2016 Election. The ad is a product of American Bridge PAC a Soro’s funded Left organization.

Can’t believe Mr McCabe would lie.

Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe apologized for lying to federal investigators concerning an October 2016 leak to The Wall Street Journal about the Hillary Clinton email probe, newly released transcripts indicate -- underscoring McCabe's legal jeopardy as U.S. Attorney John Durham continues the Justice Department's criminal probe into bureau misconduct.
Interesting to see if he gets charged , he has admitted the crime and given the zeal that the FBI changed anyone with any connection to Trump with similar process crimes of lying to the FBI during the Mueller investigation it would confirm the one rule for them and another for us mantra if they do not charge him. If anything it should be taken even more seriously given that he was a very senior FBI agent.

Looks like Michael Flynn is heading for the slammer, for six months at least.

Mueller recommended Flynn serve no jail time, on account of his co-operation.

Unfortunately, Flynn fired his (good) lawyer, and hired a Fox News-certified version who regaled the court will a bunch of cuckoo conspiracy theories. Flynn was actually lined up to appear at a QANON meeting but someone must have told him what an insane idea that was.

He also screwed up another DoJ case on which he had promised to testify for the prosecution. Even Bill Barr's DoJ has lost patience. Now Judge Sulllivan, who once mused that Flynn may be guilty of treason, can throw the book at him.

Flynn deserves all the jail he gets. Supposed to be working for Trump, he was freelancing for the Turks as well, possibly the Russian, too.. Probably with Trump's complicity. Even after being warned that Flynn was compromised, and after he lied about his activities to Mike Pence, Trump still kept him on as National Security Adviser for 3 weeks, the first of 4 (or is it 5?) to hold the position so far.

Imagine being this dumb. Who ties your shoelaces?
In a striking and unexpected abandonment of a once-heralded prosecution initiated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the Justice Departmen moved Monday to drop charges against two Russian companies that were accused of funding a social media meme campaign to further their “strategic goal to sow discord in the U.S. political system, including the 2016 presidential election.”

Will the judge allow them to drop the charges?

Hardly 'striking and unexpected'....I even long ago advocated dropping the charges against these shell companies if the prosecutions couldn't or wouldn't be stayed given the Russian misconduct.

As the motion to dismiss notes, the Putin-tied Russian individuals--including Mueller fugitives--behind these shell companies have been misusing the 'discovery' process for mischievous investigative purposes whilst in turn contemptuously scoffing the process from Russia. The shell companies have no assets or business in the US and obviously can't be incarcerated.

Given these factors, the prosecutions became inimical to US interests but further exhibit the Russian treachery in the Mueller Report.

Did you read the motion to dismiss?

Mueller was an epic hoax. Just like the Ukraine showtrial, Kavanaugh hearing etc. Worth remembering that the white-collar low-lifes (and their cheerliars) that orchestrated it are capable of anything. Absolutely anything. Truth means nothing to them. Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer etc?Derangement is their default setting.

Yeah, a hoax, like the Trump Tower in Moscow was a hoax, you know, the one Trump lied to you about?

“So to be clear, Mr. Trump knew of and directed the Trump-Moscow negotiations throughout the campaign and lied about it,” Cohen said during his opening statement. “He lied about it, because he never expected to win.”
