A BMW car has driven into the terrace area of a pizzeria in the French town of Seine-et-Marne which is 55 km east of Paris.

An 8-year old girl is dead and reports state that there are many injuries with 6 people being gravely injured.

The driver has been arrested and as you'll see from this link, RTL is claiming that the incident is "intentional".

Agreed. In this one here, it's clear that the driver would either have been travelling at a pretty frightening speed in a carpark or (had he come in from the road) would have had to have driven across some obstacles which would surely have slowed him down had he just lost control.

"According to RTL radio, the driver, 39, told police he had wanted to kill himself and had weapons in the car."

Strange mentality. Why couldn't he just have.....killed himself? He's still alive and a child that had her whole life ahead of her is dead.
It,s the weapons in the car bit that makes one curious.

Indeed it is difficult to see this in anything but a terrorist light.

If there is anyway the MSM can pass this off as 'non terror' related

- then they will....

The story being 30 mins old and the absence of hyenas descending on the topic would probably be the strongest indicator that it may not be terror related.

Grovelling climb down by Trump
Daily Stormer getting pulled off web
Now a non terror attack

Jeez, a bad Monday for P.ie hyenas
The central point of this story is the tragic death of a young girl and the serious injuries to a number of others.

This isn't about the silly bickerings of you and others on this discussion board.

I don't know. A jihadist would have planned his own death a little more carefully.

Is it not odd that having arrested the driver of the car no name has been released by the police.

I suppose so, given that it's France and not the good old USA.

No. If there's an active investigation - and particularly if police think there could be others involved - then police are completely right to take their time about what information is made public.

In fairness, that image is a load of nonsense. The fact that it comes from Family Guy gives that away :p There have been plenty of white terrorists who have been accurately described as terrorists, even just on our own island. In America, they've had plenty too and accurately described them as such, the Timothy McVeigh types. The Unabomber was also a terrorist.

So this guy wanted to kill himself, so he killed a little girl with his car that he had weapons in?

WTF.

If others are involved then it certainly is a terrorist operation.

[The BBC earlier ruled that out according to a previous post.]
