One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - will Boris just flap his wings or be tipped over the side?

Boris Johnson dismisses resignation speculation...

Boris Johnson has dismissed suggestions he might resign as British Foreign Secretary and denied the Cabinet is split over Brexit, insisting: "We are a nest of singing birds."[/I]
https://www.rte.ie/news/brexit/2017/0919/905944-johnson/

It seems to be that Big Bird Boris wants to get rid of Top Chick Theresa and feather his own nest in the process...

OK that's politics but he knows he has probably more enemies (or at least non admirers) that he has friends in the Tory Party

But if he is to wing it then he has to move soon - eg weeks

- if he is to get to strut his stuff in the Halls of Westminster...

I reckon he has to resign as getting fired will cost him Face

Of course if it goes to a leadership contest then he could end up with egg on his face.....

Tim Farron tells it like it is wrt BoJo here...

>>> Tim Farron interview: Boris Johnson has betrayed his country in a naked bid for power - Business Insider

BoJo is a shameless self obsessed self regarding tosser who will do anything to anyone in order to further his own personal goals...

Farron is bang on the money wrt the infantile and moronic way the Tories have 'handled' Brexit...

Whether you support Brexit or not... the London Govt has and continues to be a national embarrassment for all but the most deluded and stupid Brexiteers...

Tim Farron's main political objective, like all Lib Dems, is to betray his country. Bascially Lib Dems should be sent to forced labour camps or forced to sleep with women.

The Tories stagger onward...it's beyond pathetic at this point...never mind Johnson's incoherent ramblings at the weekend.

I'm just surprised the day hasn't come where the penny drops and the FTSE/GBP nosedives, but that's the fun of the never knowing what the tipping point will be.

The entire global financial sham is teetering...

If Sterling goes it could well trigger a domino effect... which is probably why it won't...

Boris Johnson 'could not live with' Swiss-style Brexit and may even resign before weekend
Boris Johnson "could not live with" the Swiss-style arrangement for Brexit being considered by Theresa May - and may even resign as Foreign Secretary before the weekend if the Prime Minister pushes ahead with such a plan, a key ally has told The Telegraph.

Well the Telly is the Tory Party in print

- so it looks like game on...

So the Tories will support a leadership bid by a man whose most outstanding characteristic is disloyalty, and who is regarded as a buffoon in Europe?

Of course they will.
