The law of the land, (The Offences Against the State Act) states:

"Save as authorised by a Minister of State under this section, and subject to the exceptions hereinafter mentioned, it shall not be lawful for any assembly of persons to practise or to train or drill themselves in or be trained or drilled in the use of arms or the performance of military exercises, evolutions, or manoeuvres nor for any persons to meet together or assemble for the purpose of so practising or training or drilling or being trained or drilled."

Can someone explain why these scoundrels are not in jail awaiting trial"

Strategy and tactics. The New IRA know the Gardai can't generally run the length of themselves so they are actively recruiting among the whippet-like. The Gardai are also carrying 40 kilos of arrest-aids so the New IRA have the advantage in the handicapping.

I'm sure a poster like Talk Back will be along shortly to explain to you that these people are the legitimate army of Ireland, the Defence Forces are traitors, shooting journalists dead is not really their fault & anyone who disagrees is not Irish.

A bunch of morons who later on will probably be wearing EPL shirts & watching match of the Day. No commitment whatsoever. I'm pretty sure the Vietcong weren't pulling on New England Patriot shirts & watching the game on NBC between firefights.

Amatuers.

Because your state always supported RA terrorists.
This paramilitary display in the capital city, the day after a terrorist group linked to this parade brutally murdered a young journalist in Londonderry.
It was a disgrace to any decent nation that this was allowed.

Yet when Ulster loyalists attempted to have a peaceful parade in Dublin, the place erupted into a riot.

Ulster loyalists and peaceful parades - :ROFLMAO: pull the other one - loyalists parades are bigoted affairs designed to intimidate and cause trouble
Indeed, and the parade he is referring to was organised by Willie Frazer, someone who has argued that UVF and UDA terrorists shouldn't have been imprisoned, and who was a self-confessed friend and admirer of loyalist mass murderer, Billy Wright.
Bitter hatreds that underpin Love Ulster parade in Dublin - Indymedia Ireland

Says another no nothing southerner whose country openly facilitates IRA paramilitary displays the day after they murder an innocent journalist

Dog the Orange order has people such as UDA and UVF murders. They also have parades to support UDA and UVF bans. Why are you still a member.

Look the hypocrisy of the OO is there for all to see - full of terrorists and paramilitaries - but yet that seems to be acceptable to idiots like DOG. The deflection to your comment is proof of that
