Russia for sure has helped Trump to win the election by playing a big role in email hacking event. Russia won't do it for free. There must be a secret deal between the intelligence of two countries. We outsiders can only see it from some facts.

The secret deal: Hacked email were handed to Wikileaks to issue to hit Hillary Clinton.

The payment of secret deal:

1. Aleppo falls (or "liberated" from Russia side) on 12/15. Resistance and civil withdraw from East Aleppo by bus. Five years fight ends. A big victory for Russia and its allies.

2. Economic interest.

Japan pledges 300 bil. yen economic package at Abe-Putin summit

The total value of Japan's contribution in investment and loans, including through agreements between private sector firms, is around 300 billion yen ($2.54 billion), Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Kotaro Nogami said after the leaders' summit.

Putin dismissed the notion that he was only interested in getting economic benefits from Japan.

"If anyone thinks we’re interested only in developing economic links and a peace deal is of secondary importance, that’s not the case," he told the same news conference. That's all for the controversial islands. He went Japan just for those business deals.

Of course Russia should charge.

The Americans have benefitted immensely from this election.

If Russia has contributed to the result then she should be rewarded.

Oh no, how dare the Russians expose the corruption and cronyism in the DNC! Surely Hillary could not have lost based on here meek campaign, commitment to establishment politics and essentially using unelected Superdelegates to undermine Sanders.

In every other country, we call that whistleblowing and look on it as a necessary building block of decent democratic society.

But I guess you liked the idea of a Mrs. President?

Also, Russia won and liberated Aleppo from the hands of a coalition ranging from dissident to full-on Wahhabi Jihadist, so let's consider that in the long run a win-win for Syria.

Are you implying that the Japanese bought the election? Clinton, who threatened war with Russia over supposed (I stress the word supposed) hacking of DNC e-mails, was clearly the most belligerent candidate.

What is Abe doing? Avenging Nagasaki? Making Nippon great again? Are you completely detached from reality?

??? Are all trade deals linked to conspiracy theories now? Because TPP and NAFTA were pretty awful for everyone involved except business magnates.

What a bizarre OP.

This thread should be seen as an early gift to our conspiraloon community - something they can play with and hopefully keep them out of nice peoples way for the festive period.

Japan needs strong allies to kick the US bases off their islands
and smooth the waters with China. The US has been a poor ally for Japan.

It was the Russian (ok, strictly the USSR) invasion of Manchuria which actually triggered the Japanese surrender in WWII and NOT the atomic bomb, contrary to the revisionist lies we are usually fed. So this is really quite a historic visit to mend fences and build a rather interesting alliance. The current US administration was clearly not happy about it. Yay! :p

It could just be that Putin likes Trump for being pro-Russian during the election and primaries. No evidence of financial ties has come out. The wikileaks leaks might have been from Bernie supporters inside the DNC.

On the other hand there are recent claims from Congressional Democrats of a meeting between a Trump campaign figure and a Russian intelligence figure some months ago but we dont know what they discussed.

It could be that Russia is cleverly taking advantage of US disarray over the results of this election to pay the usual 7-sided game of chess.

Deny they ever hacked everything and shake their heads at the new Red Scare.

Imply they could have, but in fact didn't.

Lets face it the people looking foolish here are the US. If they have grounds to believe Russia stole the election, then its a very serious matter. Literally calling for a suspension of the electoral college and rule by the current President through emergency decree. Like fun would that happen. Russia would have won outright through the collapse of US democratic institutions.

On the other hand, if its all just whinging, then the US will have to put up or shut up.

Or if its true and the US is too scared to admit it, its game over.

So I cant see how Russia loses by this meme. Why should they rush to put it to bed?

.

You may say that's something between Russia and Japan. The Truth is Japan is the pocket slave of the US. If you still remember Trump claims credit for $50 billion investment by Japanese firm and 7 billion from a Taiwan firm. They were puppet nations that have to pay their defense share that Trump demands. Include that payment to Russia for the US sake.

Assange told Fox News’ that he didn’t get the information from the Russian government, adding that ‘a 14-year-old’ could have broken into their emails.
Podesta gave out that his password was the word ‘password’. His own staff said this email that you’ve received, this is totally legitimate. So, this is something … a 14-year-old kid could have hacked Podesta that way.
Trump backs Assagnes claim it was not the Russians that hacked the mails, well with a password like "password" I could have :D

WeAreChange was quick, as ever, to debunk Washington's nonsense about Russian hacking:

Russia Today has an interesting follow-up, with some appropriate castigation of New York Times fake news:

U.S. intel report identifies Russians who gave emails to WikiLeaks: officials

Reuters January 6, 2017

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The CIA has identified Russian officials who fed material hacked from the Democratic National Committee and party leaders to WikiLeaks at the direction of Russian President Vladimir Putin through third parties, according to a new U.S. intelligence report, senior U.S. officials said on Thursday.

The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the Central Intelligence Agency and others have concluded that the Russian government escalated its efforts from discrediting the U.S. election process to assisting President-elect Donald Trump's campaign.

Russian Hackers Acted to Aid Trump in Election, U.S. Says
By DAVID E. SANGER and SCOTT SHANE DEC. 9, 2016

WASHINGTON — American intelligence agencies have concluded with “high confidence” that Russia acted covertly in the latter stages of the presidential campaign to harm Hillary Clinton’s chances and promote Donald J. Trump, according to senior administration officials.

They based that conclusion, in part, on another finding — which they say was also reached with high confidence — that the Russians hacked the Republican National Committee’s computer systems in addition to their attacks on Democratic organizations, but did not release whatever information they gleaned from the Republican networks.

In the months before the election, it was largely documents from Democratic Party systems that were leaked to the public. Intelligence agencies have concluded that the Russians gave the Democrats’ documents to WikiLeaks.
