Maybe they donated to FF using promissory notes?

Why would a construction company list Fianna FAIL a political party as a creditor ?

Is it preferential :)

*grin*

You couldn't make it up. Just goes to show FF literally are in the developers pockets. Shame they're threadbare.

Might get some clarity next week :) Probably sponsored a golf event and haven`t paid yet.

Fine Gael or Labour weren`t listed I bet.

Wonder how much the Revenue will need to sing for?

Whoever is owed, Revenue get first call and unsecured creditors can sing for it if needs be (incl. FF)

Any chance of Fianna Fáil going into Liquidation? :p
One can only dream. Wonder if Paddy Power could quote some odds for us?

Banks get first call ( secured )

Then if anything left - doubt it :) the Revenue as preferential creditor might get a few bob and then for definite the unsecured ordinary creditors get ZIPPO.

Yup ... should have said Revenue get first call before unsecured creditors

But yeah ZIPPO for the unsecured ... that's the norm

I'd keep a verfy close eye on this one.
And once more my guess would be that our bould ex Taoiseach is going to come out smelling like a septic tank.
My guess would be that Pierse agreed to a regular "donation" via the auld reliable Des Rich route.
Problem is FF say they are owed no money.
Gee wonder who the money was destined for if FF say they are due nothing?

The only question is why Pierse would even bother to record they owed "FF" anything.
My guess again is that like any condemned man who has nothing left to lose, Pierse are doing their utmost to embarass our disgraced ex Taoiseach.

Seperate but related question
Has anyone seen Des Richardson lately?
What will he do as a full time living now that Sean Dunne has fled?
Wanted:
Multi millionaire builder/developer who needs his ego stroked by professional arse licker extraordinaire.

ff thought that this was the only way that it was going to get any dosh in the foreseeable future for an election,, would not be surprised if they hold out for election till they get the money.
