No - it was the people who planted the bombs and those who gave them their orders who “brought it on them”, it was they who killed innocent people.
Simplistic - intelligent people look for the root cause of the problem, not the symptom.

Irish Resistance to the occupation of our country is not the problem - England's occupation in Ireland against the democratic will of the majority of Irish people is the actual problem.

The reality is that England brought this on itself and reaped what it has sown.

Then you might as well add to that the crimes of the NZ mass-murderer, the Paris, Madrid and London attacks, those who brought down the twin towers and the ISIS animals. I’m sure they can all point to a ‘root cause’ for their muderous activities. These people are not freedom fighters, not even terrorists because that word suggests an associated political cause, they are murdering psychopaths, plain and simple.

Here fool - you are confusing terrorists with Irish soldiers bringing the war to the enemy country.

Yes - it's awful when innocent people are killed in war, but we must remember that the Irish Resistance to the occupation of our country is not the cause of the problem - the Irish Resistance is but a symptom of the problem.

The actual problem is the occupation in Ireland by a foreign country against the democratic will of the majority of Irish people.

Irish soldiers have a distinguished peace-keeping record around the world, do not insult them by grouping them with criminals who can walk into a pub and blow innocent people into a tangled mess of blood, bones and flesh.

Those charlatans you mention are not Irish soldiers - real Irish soldiers fight to free their own country from occupation.

The Free State army motto is " Any Countries Battle But Our Own".

Witness O is a hoax to divert attention away from the real scandal of the Birmingham pub bombings saga. All four men named have previously been named and one of them was nowhere near Birmingham on the day.

Why the 75 year closure order on case documents?

Absolutely Levellers and dirty tricks case documents destroyed by the British, In regards Ireland, would create the biggest hate fest bonfire ever.

Mickey,
You should know by now that the biggest bonfire ever is in Belfast on the eleventh of July night.

Because MI5 had a high level agent controlling the bombing, he could have stopped it but the idiot over him let it go ahead hoping to rope in supporting ASUs.

I'd say that's close to the reality.

I doubt it, they don't lock evidence away for 75 years because its a simply story, they hide evidence away because it reveals their own complicity, there simply can be no doubt about that.

Many folk, past and present have written that Britain would pay dearly for their crimes against the Irish Nation over centuries, I firmly believe that still applies.

True MM - we Irish started the downfall of England's Empire, and we Irish are now going to finish off the downfall of England's "United" Kingdom.

Is the US going to pay dearly for what they've done to the natives and the blacks?

The English invasion started that hate in America- another thing for their X empire to pay for-
1776 was the end of that and they'd hardly started goin west at that stage.

Compare the fate of the Canadian natives till those in America.

Remind me again how many Irish were at the Little Big Horn?
