Its a political free one.
Twitter has rumors that Eamonn Dunphy is on the panel

Sounds awful. More Celtic twaddle about the spirit of the nation and how we must do "something" about "them" and "that thing".

Agreed. RTE has a complete lack of imagination in selecting panel guests. If not mainstream politicians trotting out the party line, we get fellow journalists or one of about ten experts - Brigid Laffan, Colm McCarthy, Ed Walsh, Moore McDowell, Jim Power etc etc. - yawn!!

It would appear that the RTE's basic requirement for panelists who wish to comment on how we are attacking the most 'vulnerable in society' is a an annual salary in excess of €200k.

+ 10000 goosebump

The easiest way to get a bit more diversity on RTE panels would be to institute a less than 100k salary rule. Then we might get to hear some real opinions instead of a mixture of 'let them eat cheese' from the rightwing rich and handwringing from the pseudoleft rich like Fintan O'Toole and the entire Labour party

Why do you and your party hate the Irish people so much?

Going to watch the real apprentice on BBC1, the TV3 version just makes the Irish look more inadequate at business, and Cullens continuous moaning and negative comments are unbearable.
