Why all this quoting the proclamation? Why not quote the Constitution which is what the people approved.

PADRAIG O'CEIDIGH once again tells us how people 'just like himself' are the most valuable people in the Irish nation and who should be cherished but of course are not.
He repeats this message almost every day on radio or tv.
In reality, his Aer Arann business has lived on PSO licenses and subsidies and ultimately never become a profitable commercial business. He is a good example of how NOT to do business.
We need less showmen and more real businessmen.

How much of Aer Arann business ( revenue, passenger numbers - whatever measure you like ) comes from PSO?

Nothing we don't know here. Get on the streets on the 7th and burn the whole system down and let's start again.

Third member of the panel and none know what the way forward is ! These programmes are an utter waste of time and an insult to the intelligence of those who see themselves as suffering

Wasnt Eamon Dunphy one of those who got Bertie re elected on the Late Late before the last general election - he should remind us of that

At least Dunphy had the guts to point out that the blueshirts are just as corrupt as the rest of them.

I am with that Aer Arann guy. We need to get away from the constant whining blame game. Dunphy has done very well in the Celtic Tiger. He has no answers.

We need to re-invent everything about ourselves, we need to re-imagine the country and build a new future for ourselves. You could write the script for these programs in advance, what tosh.

He wants to stop the blame game because he was one of the gombeens who is to blame. And what is his solution? To turn everything back over to the gombeens again...

Saying the Irish people deserve "no blame whatsoever" is about as ignorant a remark as any I've heard during this crisis.
