Already have a life, thanks. Should be a big turn-out from Glasnevin cemetary.

Sounds like the area to avoid on Tuesday. If past experience is anything to go by the railings outside Leinster House will be festooned with pictures of dead foetuses and the like.

When will the pro life people do some thing to stop thousands of unborn babies being taken out of the Country each year to be terminated?

An an udder thing. When will the Pro-Life Lobby demand that the catholic church allow their priests and nuns to have babies? This celibacy thing is nothing but a policy of killing unborn and extremely catholic babies.

What do you suggest? Chaining them to trees? Solitary confinement?
Why not bring forth legislation to prosecute people who have abortions abroad?

Surely the point of having a pro life movement is to save unborn babies form abortion rather than exporting them to be aborted abroad?

Not really a Pro Life rally though is it? I mean we simply export our abortions, so no lives are saved, which means the rally is really to keep up the appearance of Ireland as a 'Catholic Country' -- you should name it the 'Hypocrisy Rally'

Actually a striking feature of pro-life activists is their youth. The only difference between the pro-life and pro-choice rallies I've seen is that the pro-life ones have far less lads, and far more ladies.

I've never heard of a state legislating for actions committed in other jurisdictions.
Well the State does have extra-territorial jurisdiction in many criminal areas, particularly sex offences, drug trafficking, people trafficking, etc.

In the case of abortions any such law would be unconstitutional under the Freedom of Travel amendment in 1992.

When will the pro life people do something to stop trillions of sperm being callously released in an environment devoid of any eggs to fertilise (such as inside Kleenex tissues) thus preventing potential life from blossoming. Those sperm are often left to die a horrible death with only their millions of neighbours for company.

Wow, what a mature contribution to the debate.

That tired old line. Is it exporting our drug problem if people go and smoke weed in other countries where it is legal to do so?

Can you give us some example of cases being taken in this state for crimes committed in other jurisdictions in relation to the above offences?

"This subsection shall not limit freedom to travel between the State and another state."

The prolife movement could if they wished lobby for the prosecutuion of those who abort an Irish unborn Child abroad!

Is it the pro-life rally? Or the anti-choice rally?

Is there a pro-death rally taking place anywhere? A few weapons dealers and neo-cons up in arms (see what I did there) outside the Dail would be great fun altogether.

These ideologically loaded terms get very confusing.
